3 Absolut Apple Vodka Cocktails

Baby apple 

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml Absolut Apple Vodka 
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 star anise
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 25 ml apple syrup 
  • Tonic water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: 1 apple slice

Tools 

  • Shaker
  • Tea strainer
  • Cocktail strainer 
  • Rocks glass

The how to 

In your shaker add the vodka, cinnamon stick, star anise, lime juice, apple syrup, ice and shake well. Double strain in your glass over ice and top the glass with tonic water, don’t stir. Garnish with your apple slice. 


Apple lollipop 

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml Absolut Apple Vodka
  • 25 ml limoncello 
  • 10 ml lime juice
  • 2 dashes rosemary bitters 
  • Ice
  • Garnish: rosemary spring

Tools 

  • Shaker
  • Tea strainer
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Rocks glass


The how to 

In your shaker add the lime juice, bitters, limoncello, vodka and ice. Shake well. Double strain over ice in your glass. Garnish with your rosemary spring. 


Apple Vodka Martini 

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml Absolut Apple Vodka 
  • 25 ml green apple syrup
  • 25 ml dry vermouth
  • Ice
  • Garnish: apple peel

Tools 

  • Mixing glass
  • Bar spoon 
  • Cocktail strainer 
  • Martini glass 

The how to 

The elegance in these drinks stays in its simplicity. 

In your mixing glass that is full with ice add your vodka, apple syrup and dry vermouth. Stir well, minimum 30 seconds. Keep in mind the dilution. Strain the mix in your chill, no ice martini glass. Garnish with the apple slice.
