3 Cocktails for women day

We want to celebrate all women today and all the days. We all deserve a break.

Rose passion

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml tequila
  • 25 ml rose syrup
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 10 ml grapefruit juice
  • Ice
  • Garnish: rose petals & lime wheel

Tools 

  • Shaker
  • Tea strainer
  • Cocktail strainer 
  • Rocks glass

The how to 

In your shaker add the tequila, syrup, lime juice and grapefruit juice. Add ice and shake well. Double strain the mix over ice in your glass. Drop in your garnish and serve.


Elderflower drop

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml elderflower liqueur
  • 15 ml elderflower syrup
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 5-7 mint leaves
  • prosecco
  • Ice
  • Garnish: extra mint leaves, 2 lime wheels

Tools 

  • Shaker
  • Tea strainer
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Muddler
  • Wine tumbler


The how to 

In your shaker add the 5-7 mint leaves and press them gently with your muddler. Add the liqueur, syrup, lime juice and ice. Shake well, double strain the mix in your glass over ice and garnish. Top the glass with prosecco.


Pure lavender

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml gin
  • 50 ml fresh grapefruit juice
  • 25 ml lavender syrup
  • 2-3 dashes lavender bitters
  • Favourite tonic water
  • Ice
  • Garnish: lavender bulb, grapefruit wheel

Tools 

  • Bar spoon 
  • Balloon glass

The how to 

In your glass add the gin, grapefruit juice, lavender syrup, lavender bitters and stir well. Add ice to your glass and put in the garnish.

Top the glass with your tonic water and enjoy your day.
