Sweet heaven
Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Honey Vodka
- 25 ml lime juice
- 5- 6 raspberries
- Ice: cubes & big rock for presentation
- Garnish: 3 extra raspberries
Tools
- Shaker
- Tea strainer
- Cocktail strainer
- Rocks glass
The how to
In your shaker add the vodka, 5- 6 raspberries, lime juice and ice. Shake well. Double strain the mix over your rock in your glass. Garnish with the extra raspberries.
Bitter sweet
Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Honey Vodka
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 2 dashes lemon bitters
- 15 ml honey syrup
- 25 ml lemon juice
- Ice
- Garnish: thyme sprig
Tools
- Shaker
- Tea strainer
- Cocktail strainer
- Martini glass
The how to
In your shaker add the lemon juice, vodka, bitters and syrup. Add ice and shake well. Double strain it in your glass over ice and garnish with the orange wheel.
Red skies
Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Honey Vodka
- 25 ml red orange syrup
- 15 ml grenadine juice
- 25 ml lime juice
- 50 ml orange juice
- Ice
- Garnish: lemon wheel
Tools
- Shaker
- Cocktail strainer
- Tea strainer
- Bar spoon
- Collins glass
The how to
In your shaker add the vodka, red orange syrup, grenadine syrup and lime juice. Add ice and shake well. Add ice to your glass and top the glass with your orange juice. Por it slowly on the back of your spoon.
