Cherry fizz
Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Cherry Vodka
- 25 ml cherry syrup
- 15 ml lime juice
- 1 egg white
- Ginger beer
- Ice
- Garnish: red currants
Tools
- Cocktail strainer
- Shaker
- Tea strainer
- Collins glass
The how to
In your shaker add vodka, syrup, lime juice and the egg white. Shake well with no ice to get a foamy texture. Add ice and shake again. Double strain in your glass with no ice. Garnish with you red currants and top your glass with ginger beer.
Cherry V
Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Cherry Vodka
- 15 ml vanilla syrup
- 2 dashes lemon bitters
- 10 ml maraschino cherry syrup
- 15 ml lime juice
- Ice: cubes & big rock for serving
- Garnish: lemon peel

- Shaker
- Cocktail strainer

The how to
In your shaker add vodka, syrups, lime juice and the lemon bitters. Add ice and shake well. Pour the mix over the big rock in your glass. Squeeze the lemon peel over your glass and add it in.
Cherry Vodka Martini
Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Cherry Vodka
- 10 ml dry Vermouth
- Ice
- Garnish: lemon peel
Tools
- Mixing glass
- Bar spoon
- Cocktail strainer
- Martini glass
The how to
In your mixing glass that is full with ice add your vodka and dry vermouth. Stir well, minimum 30 seconds. Keep in mind the dilution. Strain the mix in your chill, no ice martini glass. Squeeze the lemon peel oils on top of the glass and garnish with it.
