Spicy
Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Kurant Vodka
- 1 jalapeno (cut)
- 15 ml lime juice
- Ice: cubes & big rock for presentation
- Garnish: 1 dry lemon wheel

- Shaker
- Tea strainer
- Rocks glass
The how to
In your shaker add vodka, the cut jalapeno and the lime juice. Shake well and double strain in your glass over the big rock and garnish with your dry lemon wheel.
Purple foam
Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Kurant Vodka
- 1 egg white
- 3 black berries
- 25 ml lime juice
- Ice
- Garnish: raspberry powder
Tools
- Cocktail strainer
- Shaker
- Tea strainer
- Coupe glass
The how to
In your shaker add the egg white, blackberries, lime juice and vodka. Shake well without ice. Add ice and shake again. Double strain it in your glass with no ice and sprinkle the raspberry powder
Kurant tonic
Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Kurant Vodka
- 5- 6 mint leaves
- Tonic water
- Ice
- Garnish: 3- 4 juniper seeds, 1 black currant sprig
Tools
- Muddler
- Bar spoon
- Collins glass
The how to
In your glass add the mint leaves and press them gently with your muddler. Add the ice and juniper seeds. Add the vodka and tonic water. Use your spoon to stir without disturbing the mint leaves. Garnish with the currant sprig.
