Sparkling RS
Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Rhubarb Juice Vodka
- Apple cider
- 25 ml lime juice
- Ice
- Garnish: lime wheel

- Bar spoon
- Collins glass
The how to
In your glass add vodka and lime juice. Top the glass with ice and fill it with the appel cider of your choice. Stir well with your bar spoon. Garnish the rim with your lime wheel.
RP’s
Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Rhubarb Juice Vodka
- 25 ml peach schnapps
- 75 ml orange flavoured sparkling soda
- Ice
- Garnish: orange wheel

The how to
In your glass the vodka, peach schnapps, top the glass with ice and stir. Fill the glass with your flavoured water and stir again. Garnish with your orange wheel.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Absolut Rhubarb Juice Vodka
- 75 ml apple juice
- 15 ml lime juice
- 10 ml Absinthe
- Ice: cubes and crushed
- Garnish: red currants & mint leaves
Tools
- Shaker
- Cocktail strainer
- Tea strainer
- Rocks glass
The how to
In your shaker add the vodka, lime juice, apple juice and absinthe. Add ice and shake well. Double strain it in your glass over ice. Garnish with your red currants and mint leaves.
