3 Fools cocktails

Always a surprise in a glass. Organize your party in a funny way.

The fools spice

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml tequila
  • 25 ml lime juice 
  • 50 ml pink lemonade
  • 5 raspberries
  • 10 ml simple syrup
  • half of a hot red chilli
  • Garnish: lime wheel and 2 etra raspberries

Tools 

  • Collins glass
  • Shaker
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Tea strainer
  • Jigger


The how to 

Firstly, rub the hot chilli pepper around the rim of the glass (for extra spice). In your shaker add the tequila, lime juice, 5 raspberries, simple syrup, the hot chilli and ice. Shake well. Double strain the mix in your glass over ice and top the glass with your pink lemonade. Garnish with the lime wheel and extra raspberries.


The swamps

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml Jägermeister
  • 25 ml absinthe
  • 25 ml red bull
  • Ice: cubes
  • Garnish: lemon peel

Tools 

  • Collins glass
  • Bar spoon
  • Jigger


The how to 

Build this in your glass. Top the glass with ice and add your red bull and Jägermeister. Stir slowly. Add your absinthe. Squeeze the lemon peel oils on top of the glass and dump it in.


El royal

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml Rum
  • 15 ml orange liqueur 
  • 10 ml cinnamon whiskey  
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • Splash grenadine
  • Ice
  • Garnish: orange peel

Tools 

  • Mixing glass
  • Bar spoon 
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Tea strainer  
  • Coupe glass- chilled 


The how to 

In your mixing glass add ice to the top.  Add the rum, orange liqueur, cinnamon whiskey and a splash of grenadine. Stir for 20 second, until well chilled. Coat the glass with the honey before pouring your mix in. Double strain in your coupe glass. Squeeze the orange peel on top of the glass and dump in.
