What is ginger ale? This is simple. A carbonated soft drink flavoured with ginger. It is sweeter than a ginger beer. There are two types of ginger ale: golden style and dry style ( less of a ginger flavor, pale in color).

Watermelon vibe
Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 25 ml watermelon syrup
- Ginger ale
- Ice
- Garnish: 3 small watermelon slices, bushy mint tip

The how to
In your shaker add the gin, lime juice, watermelon syrup, ice and shake well. Double strain it in your glass over ice and top the glass with your Ginger ale and stir gently.
Garnish with the watermelon slices and the mint.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 25 ml fresh orange juice
- Ginger ale
- 10 ml simple syrup
- Ice
- Garnish: 2 orange wheels ,1 lemon wheel

The how to
In your shaker add the gin, lime juice, orange juice, the bitter dashes ice and shake well. Double strain it in your glass over ice and top the glass with your ginger ale and stir gently.
Garnish with your citrus wheels.
Tropical feelings
Ingredients
- 50 ml Gin
- 25 ml fresh lime juice
- 10 ml passion fruit syrup
- 4 mint leaves
- 25 ml mango nectar
- Ginger ale
- Ice
- Garnish: mango slice, bushy mint tip

- Cocktail strainer

The how to
In your shaker add the mint leaves and press them gently with your mudler. Add the gin, lime juice, passion fruit syrup,mango nectar,ice and shake well. Double strain it in your glass over ice and top the glass with your ginger ale. Don’t forget to stir.
Garnish with the mango slice and the sexy mint.
