First of all let’s see something about Gordon’s dry gin.
Created by Alexander Gordon that believed that the success of his gin is the combination of pure distilled grain spirit and rich botanicals.
We will play and create some drinks. This month is the Gordon’s Gin month.

Minty fresh
Ingredients
- 50 ml gin
- 5-7 mint leaves
- 25 ml lime juice
- Garnish: lime wheel
Tools
- Shaker
- Cocktail strainer
- Tea strainer
- Rocks glass
The how to
In your shaker add the gin, mint leaves, lime juice and ice. Shake well. Double strain it in your glass over the big ice cube. Place the lime in the middle on top of the glass.
Ed martini
Ingredients
- 50 ml gin
- 10 ml dry vermouth
- Ice
- Garnish lemon peel
Tools
- Mixing glass
- Bar spoon
- Cocktail strainer
- Fancy toothpick
- Martini glass
The how to
The elegance in these drinks stays in its simplicity.
In your mixing glass that is full with ice add your gin and dry vermouth. Stir well, minimum 30 seconds. Keep in mind the dilution. Strain the mix in your chill, no ice martini glass. Add the lemon peel to your glass.
Zig- Zag
Ingredients
- 75 ml gin
- 25 ml triple sec
- 25 ml lime juice
- 5-7 blueberries
- 25 ml sparkling water
- Ice: cubes & big cube
- Garnish: dry orange wheel
Tools
- Shaker
- Cocktail strainer
- Tea strainer
- Rocks glass
The how to
In your shaker add your gin, triple sec, lime juice and the blueberries, add your ice and shake well. Double strain it over the big ice cube and place the dry orange wheel on top of the ice cube.
