We should you earlier how to make smoked ice and now we want to add even more taste and originality to your cocktails.
For this we choose: grenadine juice, apple juice and orange juice.
Let’s get to it, this is how we do it.
Pro tip: you can make ice cubes out of those juices as well.
Grenadine juice
Ingredients
- 2 l grenadine juice
- 30 g grenadine seeds
Tools
- shallow pot
- spoon
- grill
How to
- First make sure your grill is clean. You do not want your ice with grease from the last BBQ.
- Once you see smoke you add the juice and extra grenadine seeds in the shallow pan and leave it to sit for 1 hour.
- For ice cubes
- Place the juice in the trays and put it in the freezer.
- If you started that fire, you can enjoy a nice BBQ as well.
extra: Besides wood also use herbs and citrus peels, apple peels. (I do add them later to the mix- 30 minutes in)
Apple juice

- 30 g apple cubes

- 30 g small cut triangles of orange slices
