Sour delight
Ingredients
- 50 ml tequila
- 25 ml lime juice
- 50 ml cranberry juice
- Lemon peel
- Lime wedge
- Ice: cubes & big cube for presentation
- Garnish: salt & lime shavings

The how to
Make sure you grate some lime peel in the salt. First we will prepare your glass. With the lime wedge make the rim of the glass sticky. We will roll the rim in that lime and salt.
In your shaker add the tequila, lime juice and cranberry juice. Add ice and shake well. Pour in your glass over ice. Squeeze the lemon peel over your glass.
Tipsy pumpkin
Ingredients
- 50 ml Rum
- 25 ml brandy
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin puree
- 75 ml oat milk
- 10 ml simple syrup
- Ice
- Garnish: 3 marshmallows, whipped cream

The how to
In your shaker add the rum, brandy, pumpkin puree, milk, simple syrup and ice. Shake well. Double strain it in your glass over ice. Tot the glass with the whipped cream. Put the toothpick through the marshmallow and add them to your glass.
If you like a war drink, this can be your go to as well. make sure your milk is hot and put all your ingredients in a mixing glass rather than a shaker.
Cranberry mojito
Ingredients
- 50 ml rum
- Mint leaves
- 4 cranberries cut in half
- 25 ml lime juice
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- Soda water
- Ice
- Garnish: more mint and 3 full cranberries

The how to
Add the sugar, mint, 4 cranberries cut in half and lime juice and muddle them straight in your glass. Add ice, pour the rum and the soda water and stir. Garnish with the extra mint and cut and the extra cranberries.
