I love creating new drinks or just making the originals in a different way, adding a twist to them.

Vodka

Red velvet

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml Vodka 
  • 15 ml Raspberry syrup
  • 50 ml Grenadine juice 
  • A pinch of edible glitter
  • 50 ml Rose water 
  • Garnish: 3 rose petals
  • Ice cubes

Tools 

  • Shaker
  • Cocktail strainer 
  • Martini glass 


The how to 

Add in your shaker vodka,raspberry  syrup, grenadine juice, rose water and the ice, shake well.

Pour the mix in your glass and add the glitter. Give it a light stir. Garnish with rose petals by placing them in the glass gently.

Gin

The pink goddess

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml Gin
  • Litchi soda
  • 25 ml Strawberry syrup 
  • Tonic water 
  • Ice cubes 
  • garnish: 2 Strawberry, 1 litchi

Tools 

  • Bar spoon
  • Balloon glass
  • Fancy BBQ stick


The how to 

Add ice to the glass. Add strawberry syrup and the gin and give it a stir. Fill half of the glass with the litchi soda and the rest with the tonic water. Stir with the spoon.

Put the strawberries and the litchi(just half peeled) on the BBQ stick and garnish the glass with them.

Rum

Green Genie

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml white rum
  • 1 cup green tea 
  • 25 ml lime juice
  • 15 ml jasmine syrup 
  • Soda water
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: mint leaves and lime slices

Tools 

  • Mixing glass
  • Cocktail strainer
  • Tea strainer
  • Bar spoon
  • Balloon glass


The how to 

First make your tea if you want to be 100% authentic and let it cool down. If you have a favorite green tea from a store you can use that as well, I find them to sweet for this cocktail.

In a mixing glass full of ice add rum, your tea, jasmine syrup, lime juice and stir well.

Double strain into a gin glass with ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig and lime slices. 

Put the strawberries and the litchi(just half peeled) on the BBQ stick and garnish the glass with them.

Tequila

The mist

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml Tequila 
  • 50 ml pear puree
  • 50 ml raspberry puree
  • 10 ml agave syrup  
  • 25 Lime juice 
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish: a thin hole pear slice

Tools 

  • Blender
  • Coupe glass.


The how to 

Add tequila, the purees, agave syrup, and the lime juice in your blender whit a hand full of ice. Blend well while doing a victory dance, ‘cuz you diverse it!

Poor or scoop the mix in your glass and stick that peer slice in. Enjoy with a big smile!

If you don’t have a blender you can just shake all of this. But you need to shake it well, shake it real good!


Whiskey

The Devil

Ingredients 

  • 50 ml Honey Whiskey
  • 25 ml Cinnamon Whiskey
  • 2 dashes of orange bitters
  • 1/2 chili pepper
  • Garnish: orange peel 1 dried small chilli pepper   
  • Ice (big cube)

Tools 

  • Blender
  • Coupe glass.
  • Fancy toothpick


The how to 

With the inside of the cut chili rub the rim of the glass. Drop your ice cube in and add the Whiskeys and the orange bitters and stir gently. Squeeze the oils of the orange peel on top of the glass and wrap the dried chilli in the orange peel, stick the elegant toothpick in, so that they will stay together like Sam and Frodo did in there mission to destroy the ring.


Other

A wine dance

Ingredients 

  • 100 ml Rose wine
  • 50 ml white rum
  • 2 dashes of lemon bitters
  • Garnish: lemon peel& a long twig of rosemary
  • Ice (crushed)

Tools 

  • Bar spoon
  • Coupe glass.
  • A will to drink


The how to 

In the glass add ice and your wine, rum and bitters. Stir well. Squeeze the lemon on top of the glass and look at those sexy oils coming out.

Garnish with the rosemary by dropping it in the glass and balance the lemon peel, half on the rim of the glass half in the drink.
